The Global Spirits Masters is an international spirits Competition which has taken place in London for the last ten years. Brands from across the world participate every year.Judging for The Global Spirits Masters, is divided into 18 separate competitions to ensure each spirit category is given the utmost attention by specialized judges. Furthermore, The Global Spirits Masters is the only blind tasting competition to pride itself on using completely independent judges, free of any tie to particular brands. Judges are chosen according to their expertise in each category.
Grace Gin has participated inThe Luxury Masters 2019 category and has gained the top award of a Master Medal. As per the Judges statement:
The competition’s first Master medallist – which had to score 90% or more – followed in the next flight, Gin – Ultra Premium. Grace Gin was given the accolade for its “super balanced” and “generous” juniper flavour, which “avoided the soapiness that can come from a high juniper content”.
Greifer added: “This has everything an ultra‐premium shopper is looking for. People who know gin will appreciate this.”
This is the fifth international award Grace has won and reinforces a growing recognition that this is a premium international brand from Greece with real long-term prospects.
Such recognition puts the bar high for Greek Spirits and proves that Greek producers have lots to contribute in the international Spirits business
