Glengoyne Scotch Whisky is produced since 1833 in one of the most beautiful distilleries in Scotland. The distillery remains faith to the old traditional drying technique of malt with air. Each Glengoyne whisky has got it’s own Cask recipe.
Glengoyne 10 year old, Highland Single Malt
The 10 year old matures in casks : 15% 1st fill European Oak Sherry, 15% 1st fill American Oak Sherry, 70% Hand-selected Quality Oak refill casks.
Fresh green apples, toffee and a hint of nuttiness. This is the taste of distilling slower than anyone else in Scotland, of barley we dry by air – never peat – and of hand-selected sherry casks crafted from European and American oak.
On the nose sweet, with toffee and popcorn aromas. Slightly nutty, with fresh green apples. To taste, green apples, grass, soft oak and a hint of sweet liquorice. Add a drop of water and discover notes of linseed oil and almonds.

The 12 years old matures in casks: 20% 1st fill European Oak Sherry, 20% 1st fill American Oak Bourbon, 60% Hand-selected Quality Oak refill casks.
A perfect balance of oak and sweetness with lemon zest, toffee apples, vanilla, ginger and coconut.

Matured in first-fill sherry and bourbon casks and hand-selected refill casks, the 15 Year Old celebrates the contrast and harmony from marrying these casks, allowing our light and fruity signature house style to shine.
The 15 Year Old has notes of fresh hay, dried fruits, citrus and rosehip on the nose, with gentle sweetness and a hint of tropical fruit, cinnamon, vanilla and apple on the palate. Enjoy a smooth, dry finish complemented by soft spice and lingering oak.

Glengoyne 25 year old
Matured exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks for a quarter of a century, this unique malt is an important addition to the Glengoyne collection. This bright amber beauty has red fruits, leather and brown sugar on the nose and soft oak, cinnamon, stewed fruits and a Seville marmalade tang on the palate. The finish is very long with spicy liquorice.
The malt is presented in a new heavy bespoke bottle and outer box. The bottle features a fine metal stopper, crafted cartouche and delicately branded neck tag and is attractively displayed in an oak box interior which includes an engraved plinth. The elegant exterior has a refined feather pattern subtly varnished on the pack.
