




From the early days Edinburgh was renowned as an area that produced high quality spirits. Until 1777 there were 8 legal distilleries in Edinburgh and Leith. Following the Gin development in London the distillers of Edinburgh used their know how to develop gin using juniper, botanicals and spices from all over the world that were available at the port of Leith.
Edinburgh Gin
Produced since 2010, in small batches, in a unique designed Scottish copper still. In 2010, it acquired the Spirits Awards San Francisco Gold medal, and in 2016 was awarded the IWSC Silver award for outstanding and IWSC Gold for Packaging.
The crisp fresh botanical flavour comes from the combination of 14 aromatic ingredients and stands out by the 43% alcoholic strength.
It’s rightfully well-considered amongst juniper based premium spirits.

Edinburgh Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
A Refreshing Twist on A Classic. With its unique recipe of 14 botanicals, we take our signature Edinburgh Gin Classic, and post-infuse it with rhubarb and ginger to create this full-strength expression. Bottled at 40%, this perfectly balanced juniper-forward gin is full of natural flavour. Aromas of rhubarb are complemented by a lift of spice, leading to a smooth, full finish. For a refreshing twist on a classic G&T, try it with premium Mediterranean tonic water, aromatic kaffir lime leaf and a lemon, or a rhubarb twist to garnish. Rhubarb & Ginger Gin is perfect in long summer serves, as well as shorter Martini and sour-style cocktails.

Edinburgh Cannonball Gin
At the same distillery where Edinburgh Gin is produced, comes the Edinburgh Cannonball Gin (57% abv) The recipe is a result of the co-operation between the distillery and Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. It’s a strong yet well-balanced Navy Strength Gin with a flavour dominated by juniper, orange and lemon peels, and pine notes. The alcohol level enhances the oriental character coming from the spices, followed by a robust juniper flavour.

Edinburgh Seaside Gin
The Edinburgh Seaside Ginis the third gin from the distillery and is also award winning (IWSC Silver 2016 / IWSC Gold Packaging 2016). The producers wished to give a more romantic character, inspired by the sea and the Scottish seaside. It’s differentiated by the use of botanicals and plants growing on the shore of the North Sea such as Scurvy Grass, Ground Ivy and Bladderwrack.

Edinburgh Lemon & Jasmine Gin
Playing the bright zesty lemon flavour against the heady scent of Jasmine, this gin makes for a perfect unassuming pairing. Capturing the softly enticing scent of jasmine flower, this naturally flavoured 40% abv gin delivers sweet and heady floral notes on the nose. By contrast, the palate delivers bright layers of lemon and citrus oil balanced by a confident juniper note, leading to a lingeringly sweet finale. Our Lemon & Jasmine Gin is captivatingly versatile in a variety of drinks to suit any occasion, from refreshing long serves such as a G&T made with premium light tonic water and a twist of lemon, to shorter Martini-style serves which deliver an invigorating lemon hit.

Edinburgh Raspberry Gin
Our Raspberry Gin is a 40% abv expression of our much-celebrated flavour pioneer, Raspberry Gin Liqueur. Fashioned using locally sourced raspberries from the soft fruit capital of the UK, Perthshire.
Taking advantage of the best of seasonal Perthshire raspberries, directly sourced from the farmers door, we distil a sweet and delicious gin with real depth of flavour, very much reminiscent of raspberry jam.
Serve with a couple of raspberries and a twist of zesty lemon peel.

Edinburgh Gooseberry & Elderflower Gin
Our Classic London Dry is at its heart, the sweet, floral notes found in the Elderflower are balanced by the tart gooseberries and in turn they are complemented by crisp refreshing citrus notes from the Classic London Dry.
Light tonic permits the floral elderflower aromas to sing. Garnishing it with a twist of lemon and a sprig of mint means that whatever the weather this gin is a celebration of natural flavour.

This is a traditional family recipe with Raspberries from Perthshire and can sugar infusing Edinburgh Gin. The result is Edinburgh Gin’s Raspberry liqueur, a rich intense,sweet and sour liqueur 20% alcohol, ideal to mix with sparkling wines or soda.

The delicate flavour of natural orange blossom and the candied tang of mandarin are infused with our award-winning Edinburgh Classic Gin to create a refreshingly fruity gin liqueur perfect for long summer days soaking up the sun.

Edinburgh Gin’s Pomegranate & Rose Liqueur. Reminiscent of Turkish Delight, our lavish Pomegranate & Rose Liqueur is a delicate blend of sweetly floral aromas and red fruit flavours. Inspired by the luxurious flavours of the Orient, the initial notes of fragrant rose give way to juicy pomegranate and lingering citrus notes. This liqueur will add a candied, aromatic edge to cocktails and fizzes, and is an excellent companion to tart citrus flavours.
