Edinburgh Gin’s Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur. Tangy spring crop rhubarb macerated with oriental ginger and lemon zest is infused into Edinburgh Gin resulting in this impressive rose-coloured liqueur, with a lasting and intense character. At only 20% abv it’s the ideal liqueur for refreshing long drinks and combines perfectly with lemonade.

Rhubarb Rhubarb


  • 50ml Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur 

  • 10ml Aperol 

  • 25ml fresh lemon juice

  • 12ml sugar syrup 

  • 2 dashes rhubarb bitters 

  • 1 egg white 


  1. Dry shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15 seconds.

  3. Strain into a Martini or coupe glass.
