This is a traditional family recipe with Raspberries from Perthshire and can sugar infusing Edinburgh Gin. The result is Edinburgh Gin’s Raspberry liqueur, a rich intense,sweet and sour liqueur 20% alcohol, ideal to mix with sparkling wines or soda.

Ramblin' Raspberry Rose


  • 25ml Edinburgh Gin

  • 20ml Edinburgh Gin's Raspberry Liqueur

  • 15ml lime juice

  • 6 fresh raspberries

  • Fentimans Rose Lemonade


  1. Muddle the raspberries in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Add the gin, liqueur and lime juice.

  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.

  4. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

  5. Top up with Rose Lemonade.

  6. Garnish with a fresh raspberry, lime wheel and dehydrated rose petals.
