Elderflower Collins

Ingredients

50ml Edinburgh Gin

20ml Edinburgh Gin's Elderflower Liqueur

25ml lemon juice

soda water

lemon twist and cocktail cherries to garnish

Method

Mix the gin, liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.

Pour into an ice-filled Collins glass.

Top up with soda water.

Garnish with lemon and a cocktail cherry - or two!
