Edinburgh Gin has been produced since 2010, in small batches, in a unique designed Scottish copper still. In 2010, it acquired the Spirits Awards San Francisco Gold medal, and in 2016 was awarded the IWSC Silver award for outstanding and IWSC Gold for Packaging.
The crisp fresh botanical flavour comes from the combination of 14 aromatic ingredients and stands out by the 43% alcoholic strength.
It’s rightfully well-considered amongst juniper based premium spirits.

Gin & Tonic
50ml Edinburgh Gin
50ml of a good quality tonic water
Orange peel to garnish
Add ice to a glass.
Pour in 50ml of Edinburgh Gin.
Add 50ml of a good quality tonic water.
Twist the orange peel over the glass rim and mixture to release essence.
Garnish with the orange peel.
