The Edinburgh Seaside Gin (43% abv) is the third gin from the distillery and is also award winning (IWSC Silver 2016 / IWSC Gold Packaging 2016). The producers wished to give a more romantic character, inspired by the sea and the Scottish seaside. It’s differentiated by the use of botanicals and plants growing on the shore of the  North Sea such as Scurvy Grass, Ground Ivy and Bladderwrack.
