At the same distillery where Edinburgh Gin is produced, comes the Edinburgh Cannonball Gin (57% abv) The recipe is a result of the co-operation between the distillery and Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. It’s a strong yet well-balanced Navy Strength Gin with a flavour dominated by juniper, orange and lemon peels, and pine notes. The alcohol level enhances the oriental character coming from the spices, followed by a robust juniper flavour.

Cannonball Martini


  • 50ml Cannonball Edinburgh Gin

  • 25ml vermouth

  • 4 dashes of orange bitters

  • Ice cubes to mix

  • Garnish – lemon twist


  1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice.

  2. Strain into a Martini glass.

  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
